Started as a tired three bed semi-detached house, with a tiny galley kitchen. Â
We carried out structural works to ground floor to create a modern open-plan kitchen dining/living room.  Other works included a new bathroom, new flooring, whole house decoration and a new driveway.

Refurbishment of a two bed terrace, works including a new staircase to comply with the current building regulations, new kitchen, new bathroom, new flooring, new front and rear composite doors and whole house decoration.

Three bed semi-detached.  Carried out structural repair to damage caused by previous subsidence, new bathroom, new electrics, removing wall at ground floor to create an open-plan kitchen/dining room.

The original house was a dated three bed end terrace.  We carried out a total refurbishment and extension to the front and rear of the house, re-arranged the internal layout to creat four spacious bedrooms, an ensuite shower and a wetroom/bathroom.
